AS BUILT PLANS
A survey plan that is prepared following the recent construction of a structure that
shows where the newly constructed structure lies in relationship to boundary lines,
streets, and other existing structures. As Built Plans are required by cities and towns
as legal proof as to the location of newly constructed buildings or structures and as
evidence that by-laws governing conforming location was adhered to.
As built Plans are prepared for newly constructed streets & roads, utility installations,
buildings, additions, decks, swimming pools, sheds, fences, etc.
